We had the privilege of working on
this luxurious deep waterfront home on Sugarloaf Bay. Opening up key living areas to the view and creating level entry to living zones, kitchen and outdoor entertaining. Simplifying the layout with a bespoke grand staircase connectting multiple levels and living and entertainng zones.
The views from this stunning entertainers kitchen are iconic and the design was tailored to take in the aspect of Sugar Loaf Bay and the surrounds.
Immersed in a picturesque backdrop of Sugarloaf Bay, this luxury waterfront home exudes a heightened sense of tranquility, light and space with a north west aspect.
Multiple wood fireplaces in living spaces, air conditioning throughtout, with custom cabinetry and new oak floors from top to bottom were highlighted.
Architectural features throughout highlighted the attention to detail, in utilising and working with both natural materials, with contemporary finishes. Highlighting a sophisticated but approachable design aesthetic throughout that was sympathetic to the large Australian native forna enjoyed from every vantage point.
Generous bedrooms with walk-in robes, with a private top floor master retreat carved out with the addition of an ensuite.
The residence consisted of 4 split levels with a level entry to living zones, premium island kitchen and butlers' pantry and outdoor flow to the main terrace.
All terraces and decks were fitted with NewTechWood to withstand and provided durability for Australian watersides edge living and the prooperties north west aspect. Private top floor master retreat, with a walk-in robe and ensuite .
A media room or fourth bedroom plus a poolside gym/rumpus and study. The pool was repaired and reconditioned and the deck extended with new bannisters, railings and glass balustrades on multiple outdoor living areas. We even replaced the existing jetty with a berth for 16.5 metre vessel.
Its a hard job, surrounded by the bay, birds and Australian natives - but someone had to do it.
