Bring a design or idea to us and we can provide a first round of input and ideas
We review preliminary designs, architect renderings or drawings and arrange a site meeting.
Indicative budget prepared
Have your design refined and finalised. At this point your designer or architect should add additional documentation and detail, including kitchen and bathroom details, electrical, schedule of finishes, fittings, drainage, BASIX statement and another other relevant documents specific to your build if required. Including engineer’s structural drawings.
Final design submitted to council if required
Once plans are approved by council, we can establish an accurate construction budget & prepare proposal and timeline.
Tendered proposal accepted by client
Contracts and insurance arranged by builder.
Construction Certification Application lodged with council
Construction Certificate issued by council. Works can commence.
Construction phase
Handover. Share the news and enjoy the fruits of our labour!
