We review preliminary designs, architect renderings or drawings and arrange a site meeting. We bring local Northern Beaches and Sydney wide council and building site knowledge.
Have your design refined and finalised. At this point your designer or architect should add additional documentation and detail, including kitchen and bathroom details, electrical, schedule of finishes, fittings, drainage, BASIX statement and another other relevant documents specific to your build if required. Including engineer’s structural drawings.
Once plans are approved by council, we can establish an accurate construction budget & prepare proposal and timeline.
Contracts and insurance arranged by builder.
Construction Certificate issued by council. Works can commence.
